The first series of Live Story events wrapped up in September, 2021 resulting in a collection of compelling stories.
The second series Tropic Tales is a partnership with Townsville City Libraries. Each story night will be themed to attract stories that connect us as a community and inform us about Townsville history, life and culture. The first event in December was a special occasion to mark the 50th anniversary of Cyclone Althea. We had three great stories and the audience had a chance to contribute their memories in an open mic session. All the stories from Tropic Tales will be available through Townsville City Library.
